Yeah...for some reason one of the standard permissions for forum users was the ability to lock your own topic.

A little wierd since that's a moderator/forum ability on pretty much every board I've used for the last 3 years.

Oh well...a few check boxes it's fixed.

And now for Matrix's hard work...NO SOUP FOR MATRIX!
